Today after a chat with my new flatmate I discovered that she spends a lot of time on her phone. She told me she has trouble falling asleep oftentimes, because she’s so late on her phone. So we made some adjustments:
- Activating Nightshift for after the sunset till sunrise
- Deactivating all notifications that are not needed
- Activating one:sec for Instagram with 6 seconds breathing time
Let’s see how the experiment goes. I might update the article in some time.
Update half a month later: It significantly helped her with falling asleep quicker, and spending less time on her phone. Wuhu! 🙂
