Coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone.

Dear runner,

I know. You'd rather run.

Strength is on your list, somewhere under “later”. You know it helps. The plans you find want an hour, a barbell and a gym that feels like someone else's place.

I've been there. My running week changes all the time, and strength was always the first thing to go.

So I built the app I wanted. Say how much time you have and where you are, and the right session for your running is ready. Ten minutes in the living room counts. Twenty in a hotel room counts.

You run. This makes strength part of your running.

A strength session as a list with weights, reps and sets

What you get

Fits around your runs

Tell it about your run week, and the session sits next to your long run and your intervals.

Short on time still counts

Fifteen minutes is a whole session, just a shorter one, and it counts toward your week.

Every exercise says what it does for your running

Single-leg work for hills, calves for the last kilometres, ankles for uneven trails.

Full-screen countdown with the next exercise

Hands-free

Prop the phone up and follow along: countdown, rest and what's next, readable from across the room.

Body check with All good, Something's off and Focus on

Check in first

All good, something's off, or a focus for today. One tap, and today's session follows how you feel.

Train today. See what's next.

When you finish, you see what you did and what comes next, so the next session is one tap away.

Weekly progress showing what the sessions paid into

Week by week, you see what your sessions paid into: strength, posture and run prep.

For general fitness and wellbeing. Not medical advice: if pain persists, see a doctor.

One email when the app is in the App Store. Until the waitlist has its own list, this signs you up to my emails, and that's where you'll hear first.
