- What if you take your current behavior(s)/actions and project them 1 month into the future, half a year into the future, 1 year, or 5 years? How much does the achieved outcome align with what you want?
- what’s on your want list? What’s on your don’t want list? I think that the no want list is even more important. It’s hard to know exactly what you want – but if you subtract everything else you get closer to there
- if in doubt choose the action that you feel more proud about doing (in terms of seeking discomfort)
- Lady Luck favors the one who tries
- it’s may not be your fault, but it’s your responsibility
- not feeling in the mood to do anything? Either rest or do chores, whatever feels better (especially applicable after a multi day conference with loads of interaction with people)
