I’ve been experimenting with something I call a PRM – People Relationship Management. Think CRM, but for humans I care about. Not just clients or friends, but anyone who shapes my inner world.
Today, I added Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Not because we’ve met (we haven’t — yet). But because he fires me up. His mindset. His story. The way he talks about discipline — it hits hard. And then something shifted: the moment I added him, he felt real. Not just a podcast voice or YouTube face. But a human. Made of flesh and blood — just like me.
That’s the power of this system. Whether it’s someone I’ve known for years or someone I only know from afar — adding them gives them dimension. It reminds me: they’re not just pixels. They’re people.
Sometimes, structure makes things more human.
